As a working mother of two children Debbie is passionate about building stronger families. Debbie offers a unique combination of business and marketing expertise coupled with strong community connections that have given her an enduring reputation as a business owner committed to exceptional client service. A graduate of Clemson University, Debbie earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and went on to earn an MBA from Georgia State University while simultaneously developing her career. She thrives on helping her clients find the best possible sitter or nanny for their family. Her enthusiasm, reliability, and sincerity result in long-term relationships from previous clients.
Toya A.
Family Placement Manager
Toya has been helping families and caregivers with their needs since August 2000. A graduate of the University of Arizona, Global Campus, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management. Her firsthand knowledge in all areas of the nanny and staffing industry is a true asset. Toya believes that connecting with people and their needs is the most important aspect of a good quality relationship. As a working mother herself, she knows the importance of having access to quality caregivers that can be trusted with your loved ones. In her free time, Toya enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason, and their son Jameis.

During her extensive 6-year tenure with Jovie, Dawn has worked as a caregiver as well as in management. As the overseer of caregiver availability and care bookings for our families, Dawn plays a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and reliable childcare experience. Drawing from her personal experience as a mother of five and an impressive two decades in the childcare field, Dawn brings a wealth of insights and understanding to her role. Her commitment to strengthening families is not just a professional goal but a personal mission that is reflected in her interactions with both families and caregivers. Beyond her professional commitments, Dawn finds joy in spending quality time with her husband and children, with road trips being a cherished family pastime. Dawn's contributions and dedication make her a valuable asset to the Jovie team!

Recruitment Manager
Cynthia has been with Jovie for over 5 years, first as a caregiver and now as a manager. Having 20 years of experience in childcare, Cynthia understands the changing needs of our caregivers and families. Cynthia is both our Recruiting and Retention Manager. Her goal is to equip each of our caregivers with training and advice so that they continue to succeed and “wow” our families. A graduate from the University of West Florida, Cynthia majored in elementary education and is a published author. In her free time, Cynthia continues to write and is in the process of publishing a children's book.
